Emberion Invests in Scaling Its Production Capabilities for High-volume Production

The investments cover several areas, including incoming material inspection and end-to-end process control system. Emberion is investing in advanced equipment for incoming material quality monitoring and significant process control enhancements. These upgrades are designed to improve quality, reduce waste, and elevate production volumes by a magnitude.

Emberion has established a streamlined and scalable end-to-end measurement and calibration platform enabling automated camera performance extraction over extensive parameter sweeps covering both integrate-then-read (ITR) and integrated-while-read (IWR) operating modes. This ensures every outgoing camera has been tested at any relevant operating window. These developments are also an integral part of Emberion introducing new capabilities to its cameras, e.g. the integrate-while-read mode alongside integrate-then-read.

Also, to enhance visibility and control across our camera production lines, Emberion is implementing an integrated Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This enables real-time monitoring from raw material intake through to final device calibration, ensuring traceability, improved responsiveness, and data-driven decision-making.

These capabilities showcase Emberion’s continued activities to invest in new capabilities, not only to introduce most innovative products on the market, but also to take significant development steps within operations. Emberion has recently also signed itself within NATO as a registered contractor to be able to serve any relevant market and customer within that domain.
